As residential construction and development project managers, the Executive Team of Property Advance has been heavily involved in the property industry for the last 30 years – both in Australia and New Zealand. The team has more than 60 years combined project management experience and has delivered numerous successful project outcomes across many industries and sectors for some of Australasia’s largest organisations.
Extensive Experience
The team has provided general management and project management services to law firms and the corporate sector since 1990. They are recognised by property and financial institutions, professional services firms and corporates, as having implemented strong and efficient business models within many industries including property, manufacturing, government and legal. Relevantly, this has included some of the largest, property, infrastructure, construction and associated financial portfolios within these sectors. The team also boasts experience in the affordable housing sector, aged care and retirement, and the trades where Executive Chairman Grant Dixon started his work life as an electrician.
After many years of bringing this depth of expertise to the corporate market, it was identified that the residential market could benefit from professional project managers who provide a genuine and transparent development solution that mitigates risk at every stage on behalf of the investor. Further, the residential market is of a personal interest to the team who regularly undertake their own developments and the decision was made to combine their expertise to provide a full turnkey solution to create wealth for everyday Australians and their families.
