This year saw a large increase in new applications for the Manningham Business Excellence Awards. The Gala event recognised all the great businesses that had spent the time to review their business and nominate for the awards.

Kingsford Podiatry Group showed business excellence with solid customer engagement, a strong marketing plan and continued training and development of their staff. They clearing understand their competition and can respond to changes in the market. They are a business to watch in the future.

Top to Toe Health showed business excellence through solid growth from 4 staff to 21 within a three year period, they have structured marketing plans including a medical referral program with over 100+ medical and specialist providers. They are constantly measuring results and have created a multi-faceted heath care business.

Retail
Gourmet Living showed business excellence by developing a business with points of difference, they are ambitious and innovative. Their marketing plan is diverse and they work hard on their customer service to achieve customer loyalty. They have increased their revenue by 50% within the last 12 months and have a plan for future development. Their community focus is on schools and healthy eating and supporting the local producers.

H2Pro Plumbing showed business excellence through having a very structured organisation, they have a clever marketing strategy, give back to the community and have a clear understanding of their future direction and the development of the business.
The Manningham Business of Year for 2015 was awarded to Top To Toe Health (pictured in main image with representatives from the Bendigo Bank Community Bank branches Doncaster East, Templstowe Village and Warrandyte)
Top to Toe Health showed business excellence by providing a multidisciplinary approach to physical health care, with the desire to satisfy the needs of the community and at a level that is unsurpassed by our competitors. They are constantly developing their staff through training and since 2003, Top To Toe Health has waived out-of-pocket fees for over 50,000 consultations to help support the community. They also have a future development plan which will see them add other medical services, increase consultations, and launch a free of charge service for underprivileged Manningham residents.
