Deirdre Diamante

Mia co-founder Deirdre Diamante combines her deep understanding of government, extensive procurement expertise and passion for industry development to help forge business connections between industry and government. Based on 15 years of experience in procurement and governance roles, Deirdre’s intimate knowledge of public sector procurement environments makes her a sought-after advisor by commercial and public sector organisations alike. Her consulting expertise and educational programs help companies of all sizes engage effectively with government and win business. Deirdre also works closely with government to implement industry and procurement programs, and serves as Deputy Chair for the Victorian Council of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA). Deirdre is a co-founder of the #TechDiversity alliance, which is committed to increasing women and minority groups within the digital technology industry.

Joe Carbone

Joe has a professional career of over 35 years comprising senior and chief executive roles in both the public and private  sectors as a strategic and visionary leader of complex, large scale and multi-disciplinary service organisations and innovative commercial enterprises. Joe’s executive profile in 3 industry sectors (Health, Manufacturing/Retail and Local Government) is wide ranging and has been strongly focused on leadership building throughout eras of significant change and reform, empowering organisations to chase innovation and continuous improvement in the context of value creation for stakeholders and consumers. Highly regarded as an inspirational and innovative leader and advisor, Joe is recognized for demonstrated attainment of key strategic organisational advances in efficiency, effectiveness and stakeholder focus.

Mike Zafiropoulos (AM)

As a long-term resident of Manningham, Cr Zafiropoulos (AM) has a genuine interest in the concerns of residents and is committed to preserving and improving the amenity of the City, Council services, public transport and urban design. He is a former Mayor of Fitzroy and has executive experience in the Federal Public Service and as the former General Manager of the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS). He serves the Manningham community as a JP and has chaired several not-for-profit boards, including a local aged care provider. Since 2003, he has been an Australia Day Ambassador, served on Council’s Access and Equity Committee and on an advisory committee to the Minister for Small Business, Innovation and Trade. He received the Order of Australia (AM) for his extensive voluntary work and is keen to directly serve the local community.

Tina Manolitsas

Tina is a Marketing Strategist and Strategic Digital Marketing Adviser to Business leaders and Marketing professionals. She has worked across multiple industry sectors for over 20 years including B2B and B2C audiences across corporate, agency, not-for-profit, government and consultancy environments, producing award-winning results for local and global organisations. Tina is a professional advisor and confidant to company CEOs, Business leaders, Marketing professionals and a strategic marketing consultant to Agencies. She forms a critical bridge between business leaders, and customers to communicate complex topics with radical clarity. Tina is an academic and senior lecturer who has taught marketing and business in leading Australian and overseas universities and currently lecturing in digital marketing. She is a published author and advisor to various not-for-profit organisations and small business owners.

Danielle Storey

Danielle Storey understands communication and customer engagement and succinctly communicates business concepts and the essential attitudes required to grow businesses and teams. Michael Webb

Michael is an organisational psychologist and is Managing Partner of Alignment Partners – a consultancy that specialises in strategy, organizational alignment and organizational effectiveness. He has consulted extensively both locally and globally to sectors including finance, manufacturing, resources, logistics, engineering, government and transport. The core business of Alignment Partners is the formulation and execution of strategy, the development of leaders and the engagement of staff.
He has served for many years as Board member and Chairman on a number of Boards including Gloria Jeans, Daniels International and ATC Williams.
