Who is driving the Manningham Business Excellence Awards?
The Manningham Business Excellence Awards are a joint initiative of the four Rotary Clubs in the City of Manningham, the Bendigo Bank – Community Bank – Doncaster East and Templestowe Village, Manningham Business and the Manningham Business Network. The inaugural awards commenced in November 2013 and received a positive and enthusiastic response.
WHO JUDGES THE AWARDS?
An independent panel of judges will assess applications for the awards as well as award the prestigious ‘Manningham Business of the Year’.
What is the Purpose of Conducting the Business Excellence Awards?
The Manningham Business Excellence Awards provide a platform for businesses of all shapes and sizes to showcase themselves, highlight their strengths and celebrate their points of difference that make them stand out from the crowd in an increasingly competitive environment. The Manningham Business Excellence Awards are open to businesses registered in the City of Manningham. Any business that can demonstrate significant achievement in areas of innovation, technology, economic impact within the municipality or community commitment.
Why do we need an Awards Event?
Manningham is a thriving and diverse local economy serviced by more than 13,000 active businesses. Manningham has many large businesses and also a high proportion of businesses which employ less than five and operate from home. It is important that we step back from the busy day to day activities driving our businesses to celebrate what we have achieved, to acknowledge, to learn, to strive for excellence.
WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE AWARDS HELD?
The Gala Dinner Award Ceremony will be held on Friday 15 November 2019 at the Manningham Function Centre, located at 699 Doncaster Road, Doncaster 3108.
